Hello.
We just started using this app to integrate our Instagram account to our Zendesk support ticketing system. We already had our Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts integrated, and they work well.
The Instagram integration would be better if it was able to support comment replies, likes, and tags. These features require us to leave the Zendesk dashboard to reply from Instagram, which defeats the purpose of the integration. We hope these features will be considered in the near future.

Hi,
Would be great to have all the messages from the Instagram Channel integrated including:
- Instagram Ads (comments to Instagram Ads are not coming from Instagram Channel to ZenDesk)
- DM's (This may be more difficult but also a great great feature)
Currently, it is better to use other tools (like FB Business manager or Agorapulse or Hootsuite) to monitor Instagram as all the communication (except for DM's) are coming in and also can be answered.
The other important note is price is very expensive.
