Supported features

- it’s possible to track, reply and set up automation and get statistics on your Instagram activities.
Unsupported features
- Unfortunately, the Instagram APIs do not allow the use of DM in 3rd party applications, such as our Instagram integration with Zendesk.
- Same for Instagram Ads, meaning comments on Instagram Ads are not yet support for Instagram Channel.
- It’s not possible to like a comment through Zendesk
- Neither it’s possible to ban or block users directly from Zendesk.
