1. Go to the following URL: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools
2. Under Your Activity and Permissions, click on Business Integrations
3. Find Zendesk and click on the remove button.
4. Tick the box to send notifications and click the remove button.
5. If you see the following screen the permissions were successfully removed. Click on Done.
Now we proceed to re-authenticate/re-install the Instagram app on Zendesk. Please see the following link:
