The Instagram Channel for Zendesk enables you to get comments from your Instagram posts in as tickets in Zendesk.
There are two options;
- Get a ticket pr. comment on a post (one ticket pr. single comment)
- Get a ticket pr. Instagram post (all comments under one ticket)
In this article, we'll cover how you change these settings.
Step 1:
Go to Admin (Cogwheel) -> Channel Integrations -> Instagram Channel
Step 2:
Go to Accounts -> Hover over the account and click on the cogwheel -> Click Edit
Step 3:
Here you have two options for thread type:
1. Post
2. Comments
Choose the one you like and hit "Save".
