Our Google My Business app has been reworked and is now called Google Business Profile. To fully use the new improvements, you'll need to unsubscribe from the old app before using the new one.
Uninstalling an app will also unsubscribe from any active subscriptions.
To uninstall an app from your Zendesk Support, please follow these steps :
- Click [Settings] (the cog) on the left side menu
- Click the "Go to Admin Center" link
- In the "Search Admin Center", type "Apps"
- Click [Zendesk Support apps]
- Find the Google My Business app, Click the [Gear]
- Click [Uninstall]
Once this is done, you've uninstalled (and unsubscribed) the old Google My Business app. Now it's time to install the new and improved Google Business Profile app. To do this, do the following :
- Click [Settings] (the cog) on the left side menu
- Click the "Go to Admin Center" link
- In the "Search Admin Center", type "Apps"
- Click [Zendesk Support apps]
- Click the [Marketplace] button in the top right corner
- Search for "Google Business Profile" and click the icon of the app
- On the app page, click [Free Trial] and select your Zendesk Instance.
And your new app is now installed. To proceed with the free trial, please provide credit card details as you will be charged once the trial is over.
