The Shopify integration for Zendesk allows you to manage your Shopify customers directly from Zendesk. When a customer is writing to you, you'll be able to see information about the customer on the right side of Zendesk, and make edits in the customer's order, etc. directly from Zendesk.

Do I have to perform a manual search?
The Shopify integration for Zendesk automatically searches for the end-users e-mail address. If it's not able to find the e-mail in your Shopify database, then you'd have to perform a manual search.
Do your app support multistore?
Not at the moment, unfortunately, but we're working on it.
