The Better Views app for Zendesk Support allows you to create nested views. To used nested views you will have to follow the steps below.

• Go to the Admin homepage
• Go to the View settings
• Rename the views you want to be nested together using this convention:

  Group name::View name

  Group name is the name of the group you want the views to be nested under.
  View name is the name of the view itself.

N.B. You cannot have a view with the same name as the nested view.
