Requirements

The Unassign & Logout app is super easy to install! There is no other requirements than that you need to have an admin account in Zendesk Support.

How to install

1. Install the app from Zendesk Marketplace.
2. If you have a trigger that assigns a ticket to the agent that updates it, add the following ALL condition to the trigger:
   

   Tags contains none of the following: unassign-and-logout-app 

   This will prevent the tickets from being reassigned to the agent.
3. You’re all set! The app will now be visible in the top bar of Zendesk Support.
