When you install the Pipedrive 2.0 integration into Zendesk, you only pay for the agents who are in a certain group.

I.e. you have 10 licenses in your Zendesk, but only 4 of them is in your sales group. Create a sales group in Zendesk and restrict the use of the app to the sales group.
