Uninstalling an app or channel will also unsubscribe any active subscriptions for the app or channel.

To uninstall a channel or app from your Zendesk Support, go to:

1. Settings (the cog)
2. Manage
3. Find the app you wish to uninstall
4. Click the gear
5. Click uninstall
   ​
