If you have any custom fields in Pipedrive on either People level or on Organisation level you can add these to the Pipedrive App in Zendesk too - Here is how:
In Pipedrive go to Settings under you profile:
The go to Customize fields:
Find the Name of the Custom Fields you want to add on People and/or Organizations:
Go back to you Zendesk and add them to their respective input boxes - One custom field pr. line:
Click Save Settings and you are all ready to view important info on your customers directly in Zendesk!
