Feature requests: Show emails
Being able to see email communication with a customer would also be great. This should be something you can turn on or off, since this is not suitable for all organisations.

It could be great to be able to see notes from Pipedrive in Zendesk. That way sales persons can easily pass along information about a customer to support.

Create activity from App
CompletedI could be nice to be able to create an activity from the app directly in Pipedrive. Have sales contact the customer regarding an upgrade etc.
