    Clickable link to HubSpot

    It would be nice with a clickable link to be able, from the ticket, to open in a new webpage the Hubspot company / contact page. That would be a huge time saver.

    Feature request: Email as a required field

    When answering phonecalls it would be helpful that the agent can't make a ticket without an email address in the email field.
