Feature request: When tagged on post, new ticket would be created
Title says it all, I would appreciate an feature that when someone tags our company on their own post, it would create a ticket.
I would also appreciate DM support as well. :)

In regards to DM Support, we're at the moment not able to implement this due to restrictions from Instagram.
