Feature request: Send Images through zendesk <> Pipedrive helphouse's integration.

1. I tried to send an image my prospect sent me on zendesk to pipedrive through helphouse's integration system.

2. My expectation was that I could send any information (documents or images) that existed on zendesk to pipedrive. Send images and documents are essencial for me because my prospects always send me pictures of ideas about what they want us to build for them. 

3. I could only send basic text information that existed on zendesk, and I need to send the documents and images via e-mail. That is, I still need to do some monkey job to get the job done.

  As you point out it's not possible to send documents via. the Pipedrive app.
