Minha dúvida é bem simples, mas não consegui achar uma resposta exata a respeito.

O Instagram Channel transforma os comentários dos posts patrocinados em novos ticket no Zendesk?

Se não, estaria em plano implentar este tipo de funcionalidade?

  Unfortunately, the Instagram app doesn't support answering sponsored posts and is not in the plans at the moment.

  I will hand over your request to the developer team, and if they receive enough requests for this, or simply upvotes on your posts, they will look into the possibilities for enhancing the app to have this functionality.
