I have not purchased your Zendesk app ' Required Fields ', but I very much like the idea of having required fields to open a ticket. It could be very useful to my team, and I think the pricing is fair.
However, is it possible to have the ability to differentiate between fields that are required when creating, and fields that are required when closing?
That would be a very powerful feature that would make our tickets more useful- we have a lot of required custom fields and we don't necessarily know them all when a ticket is created.
If this is already possible in the app, just let me know! That will make it a much easier sell to the team.
