Most recent comments vs. All Comments
Just started using this app today. From what I can tell, it shows the most recent 25 public comments to any Instagram post. Could that be configurable? If you are getting hundreds of comments per hour, only seeing the most recent 25 in ZENDesk is pretty restrictive. Is it possible to adjust the number of comments it shows in ZENDesk? To override the default?

At the moment it's not possible to configure this, that is true. We're are planning on adding support for adding a configuration that makes it possible to make a post' comments into a sperate ticket, and thereby gives the agent the opportunity to answer each comment. Is this something you would consider using if implemented?Comment actions
