Unfortunately Instagram does not allow us to hook into your DM's. Therefore we are not, at the moment, able to deliver the service you are requesting. We are however investigating a few opportunities that will make this possible. If we succeed in this, we will launch a new Channel for Instagram DM's.

Hi, I am not able to create multiple tickets in Zendesk for multiple comments on Instagram. Do we have a way by which we can achieve this?

Considering your pricing the DM feature should be included. Tbh the only reasons we bought your extension was the assumption that it is going to support comments AND direct messages.

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately it's not a question of wether the feature should be included or not, but if it's possible to make the feature.

We menttion this in the installation instructions in the Marketplace too.

We'd love to be able to provide DM's in the integration, but the API's Instagram provides prevents us from doing so. We're actively working on a solution to provide the feature, but it's too soon to provide a launch date at this point.

Hello guys,

I want to know when Instagram DM's will be able on Zendesk Support.

Do you have a launch date?

And those clients that already have payd the Instagram APP for Zendesk, will we have the DM's for the same price?

I asked because the actual price is kind of "salty" and we don't have acess do DM's...

Probably I'm not the only disappointed client with this..

I was just contemplating adding IG for my company until I realized it'll be missing DM's which is more crucial than the general comments! We already have analytics for that. However, those that DM are usually more sensitive matters that require tracking and follow up. Therefore, I'll disregard for now :(.

We're definitely interested in this Instagram DM integration for Zendesk. Please keep us posted!

This must be possible as there is another developer who has created the integration; it is just costly and unreliable (based on comments).

So fingers crossed you can deliver a more affordable option!
