The Eniro integration was developed to allow your agents to make searches in Eniro's database from Zendesk.
The integration allows you to search in:
Automatic lookup based on ticket requester
Create or update organizations in Zendesk based on the search result. (Additional data stored in organization details)
Ready to give it a try? Here is a step-by-step guide on how to install the Eniro integration for Zendesk:
Step 1 - Install from Zendesk Marketplace
Step 2 - Accomplish the installation
A pop-up window will appear with the app installation. Choose the Zendesk account it should be installed in to and press “Install”.
Step 3 - Finalize your purchase
Before you can move on to the payment of the app, you need to write a profile name and a key which you get from your Eniro partner account.
If you don’t have an Eniro partner account you can follow step 3A - 3C in order to gather the information. If you have one already, you can go directly to step 3D.
Head to the Eniro partner area.
Register for a free API key. After this, you will receive an email with a link to complete the registration of your account.
When you’ve finished registering your account, the personal page will now become visible. Go to the bottom of the page, where you’ll find the profile name and the key which you shall use to proceed with the installation of the Eniro integration.
Now, go back to Zendesk and type in the profile name and key you got from your account. If it’s only specific roles or groups that should have access to this app, you can also put up restrictions in this step.
When everything is filled out proceed by pressing “Buy”.
Step 4 - Accept Third Party Purchase:
A pop-up window will show. This is just Zendesks way to say that you should be aware that the app is made by a third party (us). Click on 'Continue' to proceed.
Step 5 - Put in credit card details:
Put in your credit card details and press “Start trial”.
NOTE: You will automatically get a free 7-day trial even though you have to enter your credit card details. If you cancel within the 7 days, you won't get charged.
You will now be ready to use the app from tickets in Zendesk. When you navigate to a ticket in Zendesk, the app will launch on the right side of the ticket.
If there’s an organization tied to the end-user in Zendesk the Eniro integration will automatically search for this. Otherwise, you’ll be able to perform a manual search.
